The challenge

We write the specifications, score the submissions and sit in the award meetings. We know why good suppliers lose — and it is rarely price.

How it works

We start with your win rate and the submissions behind it. Good suppliers usually lose for reasons that have nothing to do with price, and those reasons are visible in the paperwork.

From there it is positioning, commercial model and bid discipline. Where we are running a tender you would bid into, we say so and decline one side of it.

Why RESI Consultancy

[Tailor this section — who uses it, and what changed as a result.]

We have sat on the other side of this work. The people delivering it have run the buildings, written the budgets and defended the numbers to owners — which is a different starting point from a framework and a benchmark.

We take no introduction fee or commission from any operator or vendor, and we do not bid for the work we advise on. Any interest that could be perceived as a conflict is declared in writing before an engagement begins.

Outcomes

A better win rate

Submissions that answer the question behind the question.

Insight from the other side of the table

We write the specifications and score the responses.

Clear boundaries

We do not coach a supplier on a tender we are running.

Most people arrive with a scheme that is not performing, an operator they cannot read, or a board paper due Friday. Any of those is a fine place to start. Thirty minutes, no proposal attached.
