Service · Investors, proptech and suppliers
For the questions too big for an email.
Retained standing access to judgement, scoped to the client.
What is included
- Investors — market entry, sector strategy, portfolio questions, board and investment committee attendance, opinion on live deals.
- Proptech — product roadmap, sector direction, pre-launch feedback, competitor movement, advisory board seat.
- Suppliers — sector intelligence, a client-side view of what operators will actually buy, commercial model input.
Common questions
Asked often enough to answer here.
What does a retained arrangement include?
An agreed volume of advisory time each month, direct access between scheduled sessions, and attendance at board or committee meetings by arrangement. Discrete pieces of work — a tender, a report, a full review — are scoped and quoted separately so the retainer stays what it is meant to be: access to judgement, not a discounted delivery contract.

Most people arrive with a scheme that is not performing, an operator they cannot read, or a board paper due Friday. Any of those is a fine place to start. Thirty minutes, no proposal attached.
