Why us rather than an agency
Generalist search firms screen on job titles. Contingent agencies are paid on placement, which means their incentive is to fill the role rather than tell you the role is wrong. We have run these teams ourselves, and we will say when the role as written is the problem.

Do you recruit for operators you also advise?
Sometimes, and where that arises it is declared to both sides in writing before work begins. We do not run an operator selection tender and recruit for a bidder in that same tender, and we do not place candidates into a business where we hold an oversight mandate on the client’s behalf without the client’s agreement.

Is this contingent or retained?
Executive search is retained. Recruitment consultancy and interim placements are scoped and quoted individually. Fees and terms are set out in writing before any work starts.
